14 Month Procedures for the MALTS-tested twins

Procedures in the Home:

One set of procedures was conducted in the home of the twins.  Two testers visited the home, one assigned to each child.  The procedures, in order, are given below, along with a link to access information about the data available from the procedure.
Procedures in the Lab:

Usually after an interval of two weeks, the twins were seen in the laboratory at the Institute for Behavioral Genetics in Boulder, Colorado.  Procedures were videotaped through a one-way mirror and with remote-controlled ceiling video cameras.
Questionnaires and interviews:

A maternal interview was completed during a separate phone call.  Questionnaires were brought to the home during the home visit and returned either by mail or during the lab visit.
