   442 families are still participating in the CAP study, over 90% of the original number enrolled. Last year data was collected from 383 individuals, 200 male participants and 183 female participants. For a table of data collected by year, click here.

Over 150 articles have been published in various scientific journal and magazines using CAP data. Some of these include Scientific American,The British Journal of Psychology, and Developmental Psychology. For a complete list of our publications, click here.

Currently there is 1 grant funding the CAP study. Past grants have been supported by the National Institute for Mental Health, The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, The William T. Grant Foundation, the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Drug Abuse.

The oldest active participants (CAP subjects who have participated since birth) are 37 years old. The youngest are 25.
