Workshop Registration
There are two methods to register, but both methods require submission of payment by mailed check.
Payment Information
Before January 24, 2014 the Workshop cost is $600. After January 24, 2014 the cost is $700. Payment is non-refundable after February 14, 2014. After February 14, 2014 any registrants who have not yet paid will be dropped. As a reminder, registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in the form of a check, money order, or wire transfer. Payment information will be provided by the Workshop Secretary once online registration has been completed.</font>
