Files from the 2014 Workshop
Software
These are links to the software packages used at the workshop.
- R The Comprehensive R Archive Network Download the version of R appropriate for your operating system.
- OpenMx OpenMx - Advanced Structural Equation Modeling OpenMx is installed by following the directions on the "Download" page.
- Rstudio Rstudio IDE for R This is the development environment that was used for R at the workshop. It is not required to run R and OpenMx.
- GCTA a tool for Genome-wide Complex Trait Analysis GCTA was used for some examples.
Faculty Files
These are the files the faculty used during the course. Both slides from presentations and examples from practicals are included. Completion of the practicals will require obtaining the software used.
