1. Were DBRS tester ratings collected in Scandinavia?
2. Was the full set of DBRS questions asked in Scandinavia of parents and testers? (Know that Hyperactivity, Inattention, and ODD questions were asked).
3. Verify that the Swan was not asked in Scandinavia at any year
4. At what sites and for what years was the Children's Global Assessment Scale (CGAS) collected?
5. Should the parent-reported reading problems and other issues (entered in CO) be added to this file?
6. Who has algorithms for establishing the DBRS scales for Hyperactivity, Inattention, and ODD? There are apparently clinical cut-off points for diagnosis, and for ADHD, cut-offs for the subscales and the total scale.
