The Longitudinal Twin Study of Early Reading Development
is currently being conducted in Australia, Norway, and the United
              States. Researchers at universities
in these locations are collaborating to look for genetic, familial,
and cultural influences on reading development. Identical and fraternal twins are being tested in
preschool for pre-reading skills, and after kindergarten, first
grade, and second grade for the development of early reading, spelling,
and related cognitive skills. Please visit the other areas of our
website to learn more about this exciting new research project. Thanks! |
