There are two methods to register, but both methods require submission of payment by mailed check.

====== Payment Information ======
Before **January 25, 2013** the Workshop cost is $600.  After January 25, 2013 the cost is $700.  Payment is non-refundable after **February 15, 2013**.  After **February 15, 2013** and registrants who have not yet paid will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.

Payment is required in the form of a check payable in US funds on a US bank, made payable to **University of Colorado** and sent to
