There are two methods to register, but both methods require submission of payment by mailed check.

====== Payment Information ======

Before **January 24, 2014** the Workshop cost is $600. After   January 24, 2014 the cost is $700. Payment is non-refundable         after **February 14, 2014**. After **February 14, 2014** any registrants   who have not yet paid will be dropped. As a reminder,         registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in         the form of a check, money order, or wire transfer. Payment         information will be provided by the Workshop Secretary once         online registration has been completed.</font>
