  * OpenMx [[http://openmx.psyc.virginia.edu/|OpenMx - Advanced Structural Equation Modeling]] OpenMx is installed by following the directions on the [[http://openmx.psyc.virginia.edu/installing-openmx|"Download"]] page.
  * Rstudio [[https://www.rstudio.com/|Rstudio IDE for R]] This is the development environment that was used for R at the workshop. It is not required to run R and OpenMx.
  * GCTA [[http://www.complextraitgenomics.com/software/gcta/|a tool for Genome-wide Complex Trait Analysis]] GCTA was used for some examples.
