  - Verify that the Swan was not asked in Scandinavia at any year
  - At what sites and for what years was the Children's Global Assessment Scale (CGAS) collected?
  - Should the parent-reported reading problems and other issues (entered in CO) be added to this file?
  - Who has algorithms for establishing the DBRS scales for Hyperactivity, Inattention, and ODD? There are apparently clinical cut-off points for diagnosis, and for ADHD, cut-offs for the subscales and the total scale.
